William J. Kinsella
William J. Kinsella (Ph.D., Rutgers University) is an Associate Professor of Communication and directs the interdisciplinary programme in Science, Technology and Society at North Carolina State University. His research and teaching address the overlapping areas of organizational communication, environmental communication, rhetoric of science and technology, and rhetoric of public policy. He is particularly interested in communication processes surrounding energy and environmental issues and the three-way interactions among public communities, technical specialists, and government decision-makers and regulators.
