Yılmaz Seçim
Yılmaz Seçim is an associate professor at the Necmettin Erbakan University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. His research lays in the intersection of nutrition, gastronomy and traditional cuisine. It focuses on meat and cheese production, halal food, kitchen planning and menu design. Seçim also serves as the vice president of the Turkish Culinary Federation.
