Zahra Mirzaei

Zahra Mirzaei is a Ph.D. student in architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her current research focuses on cultural diversity in the spread of architectural ideas as seen through architectural journals. She holds an MA in Iranian architectural studies from Shahid Beheshti University and a BA in architecture from the University of Tehran. Her graduate thesis examined modern architectural concepts discussed in Iranian architectural journals. She was an associate researcher on two projects: ‘Descriptive Bibliography of Iranian Contemporary Architecture, 1946–2015’, and ‘Critical Analysis of the Ideas on Iranian Contemporary Architecture’.
