Zebunnisa Hamid
Zebunnisa Hamid is an assistant professor of film and screen studies at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Pakistan. Her published and ongoing research focuses on New Pakistani Cinema, cinematic representations of gender and the city, the production and circulation of small cinemas and cinemas of the Global South, and the role of new media and streaming platforms, particularly with regards to censorship and independent or alternative filmmaking in Pakistan.
