Zoë Loxley Slump
Zoë Loxley Slump has recently completed her third year of bachelor of music (classical oboe performance) at the Australian National University (ANU) as the recipient of the Ruth Pfanner Commencement Scholarship, and has been an instrumental scholar at the Wesley Music Centre since 2019. She is a casual player for the Canberra Symphony Orchestra, and in 2020 was a winner of the Canberra Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition. Zoë’s interest in music and health led her to join 1:1 CONCERTS Australia as both an administrator and host, with her role on the research team supported by a Music Wellbeing Scholarship. In 2020, in collaboration with the team, Zoë presented on this research at the ANU Research Seminar, the national annual conference of the Musicological Society of Australia and the International Symposium on Performance Science.
