Asja Bakić
Asja Bakić (1982) is the author of the collection Može i kaktus, samo neka bode (Aora, 2009, It Can Be a Cactus, as Long as It Doesn’t Prick), the short story collection Mars (Sandorf, 2015) and Sladostrašće (Sandorf, 2020, Lust) and a collection of journalistic texts Dodi, sjest ću tin a lice (Fraktura, 2020, Come, I’ll Sit on Your Face). She was also editor and author at the Muf portal (2014–2018). Publishers Weekly included The Mars collection in English translation in its annual selection of the best prose published in the English language.
