Caryl Charlene Escolar-Jimenez
Caryl Charlene Escolar-Jimenez is an associate professor, International Centre at Tokyo City University where she teaches globalization/introduction to international business and global management, strategy and change. She earned her doctoral degree in business administration at the University of the City of Manila (2013–16) and from the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, a Master degree in business administration (2002–06) and Bachelor of Science in Tourism (1991–95). Her main research interests are tourism, community development and strategic management. She is currently working on research projects about decision algorithms, tourism small and medium enterprises and sustainability.
