Christiane Hansen
Dr Christiane Hansen teaches English literature at the University of Koblenz-Landau. She is currently working towards a second book on the erosions of the heroic and admirative aesthetics in English Restoration drama. Beyond the early modern stage, she has published on popular constructions of the heroic and spectacular aesthetics in contemporary cultures, fictions of disaster, intertextuality and classical reception and on figurations of affective indifference in contemporary short fiction.
