Crystal Marchand, a researcher holding degrees in Biology and Teaching from University of Miami, is a very queer, neurodivergent, trans migrant woman living in Montreal. Skilled in writing, editing, and languages, she gained expertise in project management and public health in Florida. She founded Gender Inclusivity Awareness in 2019, leading a community building curriculum initiative in Quebec primary schools. Her focus is her heart—caring for her treasuresome younguns and loving everyone she calls family.
