Denise Doyle
Denise is reader in digital media at the University of Wolverhampton, UK, and adjunct professor in digital futures, Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCAD U), Toronto, Canada. With over twenty years of experience in arts and new technologies she continues to research the impact of emerging technologies on practices across a diverse range of creative fields. In 2019 she was awarded £85,000 to join the STARTS Prize initiative co-ordinated by Ars Electronica on behalf of the European Commission. She is currently completing a monograph Digital Embodiment, Hybridity and the Arts, and is principal editor of the Virtual Creativity, Intellect, publishing since 2017.
