Gabriela Rangel Cunha Manfredini

Gabriela Manfredini (1994) is a Brazilian artist based in Porto. Her artistic practice is multidisciplinary, but in the past three years she has been working mostly with drawing and performance. She is interested in addressing themes such as feminism and Anthropocene and has recently focused on investigating the relations of contemporary work culture, body and productivity to create performances. Manfredini holds a bachelor’s degree in fashion design and has attended art workshops and classes of Charles Watson and Rod Judkins. In 2021, she completed her master’s degree in art and design for public space in the Fine Arts Faculty at the University of Porto. In 2018, she presented her first exhibition at Instituto Adelina in São Paulo and since then has participated in shows, exhibitions and artistic residencies in Brazil and Portugal.
