Heather Savigny
Heather Savigny is professor of gender, media and politics at De Montfort University, United Kingdom. She is the author of over 40 chapters and journal articles and her interdisciplinary work has appeared in journals such as Political Studies; Gender, Work & Organization; Media, Culture & Society and Metal Music Studies. She is an editorial board member of Metal Music Studies and is currently working on a monograph, Heavy Metal, Feminism and Politics.
