Idalmis Garcia Rodriguez
A Cuban-born drama therapist and actress living in New York, Idalmis García Rodríguez has a professional career in film, theatre and television. She wrote and starred in Angela, a short film that tells her experience as an immigrant in New York City. She has an MA degree in drama therapy from New York University and is the co-artistic director of the Big Apple Playback Theatre. She is currently working as a drama therapist at Cooke School with adolescents and young adults with special needs.
