İlker Erkan

Dr İlker Erkan is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Architecture at Süleyman Demirel University, Turkey, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in cognitive architecture, modelling methods and neuro-cognitive architecture applications. He completed his doctorate in the field of transportation in civil engineering. His areas of interest are architectural education, cognitive sciences, computational design methods and transportation methodologies. He aims to contribute to anthropometry and cognitive/psychological architecture with his studies in computational design methods. He also works with postgraduate students on subjects such as artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic.
