Mirella De Menezes Migliari

Dr Mirella De Menezes Migliari is currently a full-time senior lecturer at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing – ESPM RJ. Her research is focused on graphic memory – how graphic objects are associated with memory and heritage. She also focuses on the many roles design can play in the creative industries. She spent two years as a full-time lecturer in Loughborough University – in the School of Design and Creative Arts – establishing an international graphic design research network to expand the graphic memory field. She holds a Ph.D. in design from PUC Rio (2011). She is affiliated to Graphic Design Research Unit (Loughborough University) and LEMBRAR research group (ESPM RJ) registered in Cnpq (Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development).
