Rupert Gatti

Rupert Gatti (Ph.D. Cantab) is a co-founder and director of Open Book Publishers. He is a fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge, where he is a director of studies in economics. His published academic work includes microeconomic analysis of competition in online markets, game theory and search theory. He is or has been a co-investigator in several projects developing infrastructure for OA books (including High Integration of Research Monographs in the European Open Science Infrastructure [HIRMEOS], OPERAS-P, Community-led Open Publication Infrastructures for Monographs [‘COPIM’], Policy Alignment of Open Access Monographs in the European Research Area [PALOMERA], and ‘Open Book Futures’) and a member of numerous advisory panels (including the Scholarly Communications Advisory Board for the International Science Council).Contact: Open Books, 40 Devonshire Road, Cambridge, B1 2BL, UK.
