Sophia E. Hagolani-Albov
Sophia E. Hagolani-Albov, M.Sc., is a doctoral researcher in the Doctoral Programme in Interdisciplinary Environmental Sciences (DENVI) in the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry at the University of Helsinki in Finland. She is affiliated with the Helsinki Institute of Sustainability Science (HELSUS) and the Global Extractivisms and Alternatives Initiative (EXALT). Her research is rooted in sustainable food systems, specifically the concept of agroecological symbiosis (AES) and the localization of food production, processing and consumption in the Finnish countryside.
