Dr Ana Bizberge is currently postdoctoral CONICET Fellow, affiliated to Programa de Investigación sobre Industrias Culturales at Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (ICEP, UNQ). She teaches undergraduate courses of Media Policy and Communication Theories at Universidad Nacional General San Martín (UNSAM) and Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). She is also part of the Global Media and Internet Concentration Project (GMICP), directed by Dr. Dwayne Winseck. Ana is a member of OBSERVACOM, which is an independent Latin American think tank that analyzes media and Internet policy and regulations in the region from a human rights perspective. She was the Head of the MA in Cultural Industries at UNQ (January 2019-March 2021). Bizberge holds a PhD. In Social Sciences (UBA), MA. in Cultural Industries (UNQ) and BA in Communications Science (UBA). She was visiting scholar at Cátedra Telefónica-IBEI (Barcelona, Spain), at Coimbra University (Portugal), at Programa Thiago Dantas- UNESP (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and CITI-Columbia University (New York, US). Her research lines involve media policy and economics.
