Julie Dunn

Julie Dunn is an Associate Professor and member of Griffith University’s applied theatre team. Her major responsibility there is convening the Master of Drama Education program, including both the onshore and Hong Kong offerings. Her research is focused on improvised forms of drama, with a special emphasis on play and playfulness. She is currently a chief investigator on two Australian Research Council-funded projects and the co-editor (with Michael Anderson, University of Sydney) of a major new book in the field of drama education, How Drama Activates Learning: Contemporary Research and Practice (2013).
