Lucy Reynolds

Lucy Reynolds has lectured and published extensively. Her research as writer, artist and curator focuses on questions of the moving image, feminism, political space and collective practice. She edited the anthology Women Artists, Feminism and the Moving Image (Bloomsbury Academic, 2019), co-edited Artists’ Moving Image in Britain since 1989 (Bloomsbury Academic, 2019) and co-edits the Moving Image Review & Art Journal (MIRAJ). She coordinates the Ph.D. programme for the Centre for Research in Education, Art and Media (CREAM) at the University of Westminster and runs the MRES Creative Practice. She was a recipient of the Paul Mellon Centre for British Art mid-career fellowship 2022. As an artist, her ongoing sound work A Feminist Chorus has been heard at the Glasgow International Festival, the Wysing Arts Centre, The Grand Action cinema, Paris and Grand Union galleries, Birmingham.
