Marco Pedroni
Marco Pedroni is an associate professor of sociology of culture and communication at the University of Ferrara, Italy, where he teaches sociology of culture, media and journalism and digital media sociology. His research spans fashion, digital media, creative professions and cultural intermediaries, focusing particularly on bloggers and influencers. He authored Coolhunting (FrancoAngeli, 2010) and edited various volumes including I media e la moda (Carocci, 2022) and From Production to Consumption: The Cultural Industry of Fashion (Inter-Disciplinary, 2013). He has been the co-editor of the International Journal of Fashion Studies from 2020 to 2025.
